The new lights KU installed for the parking lot at 19th and Ousdahl illuminate my daughter's bedroom two streets away. KU placed just enough dirt to raise the elevation of the lot so the lights shine over the houses adjacent to the parking lot and into the neighborhood.
Do we just ignore all the units KU has built in the last few years? Is the article about City permits, taxes, or number of units built within the City of Lawrence?
If it was KU the whole project would be planned and underway before anyone had knowledge of what was happening, then there would be a meeting pretending to listen to your concerns, next they continue to do whatever they please with a City blessing. Good luck in your hood!

I was referring to the units KU built. Did those require City permits, are those units included when packaging up the numbers for any given year?

There were a lot of apartments that were built in 2017 in Lawrence that didn't require city permits.

Move the new driveway to 23rd St closer to Pot Belly's and put a bus pullover at the bus stop where the current exit/entrance is located on Ousdahl.
