Does Westar have to compensate them for power going TO the grid? If so then a fixed connection fee (rather than a different KWH rate) may be in order. This needs a lot more consideration. In Florida after Maria there were reports that solar panel owners were prohibited from switching to solar panel local generation even though Florida Power and Light service was completely out.

Both parties had absentee procedures but they weren't really publicized by either.

Don't think so. The AP has a complete spreadsheet of Republican results by county - but the statement on most news media that the AP is not reporting county results for Democrats.
Democrats organized by State Senate District not by county - but even those results are not available.

I was credentialing at the Basehor Library site - we had long lines at the beginning but no one waited longer than about 30 minutes. The credentialing process was very efficient. I averaged well over one voter per minute for the 4 hours. Kudos to the voters who came in prepared. Only one person didn't have a photo ID - he picked up the wrong wallet and actually went home to get it came back and voted - big time applause for his dedication.
We had a very few registered independents everyone of whom handled it with grace when told they couldn't vote. The were a few recent movers who got provisional ballots. And we provided provisional ballots to a few who were outside of their congressional district which were passed on to those districts.
As across the state in Leavenworth County we more than doubled the 2012 participation.

Typical sybaritic progressive comments here. One set of rules for me, another for thee. Academic freedom is meant to provide a wide breadth of opinion and theorems on all aspects of scholarship. The academy has become so one sided that all philosophies save the most very left, socialist, anarchic, hedonistic, or Marxist are completely absent. Damn you people are afraid of competing ideas. Why?

Sandy Praeger is and always has been a Democrat only running as a Republican because other than the occasional governor it's impossible to be elected to statewide office as a "D." She didn't run again solely because she would have finished sixth in a five person primary
She'll sign her D membership card on 11/5.

So, all of your frenetic faux journalism so far has turned up exactly nothing and you run a lengthy article on how hard it is to prove public corruption. Yep, it's damn hard to prove when it doesn't exist. Your premise is a joke when all of your sources arm"unnamed" but all of those whom you do quote state clearly no violations of law have occurred.

Ms Van Etten is a heavy hitter - Dr. of Audiology - has been a National Committeewoman for sometime - legislature will absolutely pay attention to her.
