Highway funding is what I meant to say. And you do not need to send me crappy articles from Wichita. I have worked in Topeka with some of these "evil" conservatives as you like to call them. Tell your friends on the KS Supreme Court to give the legislature a number they need to attain to be Constitutional. Also, where in our Constitution does it talk about adequate and equitable?

You talk about how public education and high funding went down the drain with the drop in revenues. If this was the case then why did very little of the money from the recent tax hike go to those things? You need to actually do some research and look into the actual situation rather than relying on the liberal papers to get your information.

Yes let us teach all of the kids that when things look grim and you do not think you can succeed that you should just quit. What a crappy fan you are and you should just go root for KSU and their mediocre program.

The part I find extremely disturbing about all of this is that our superintendent recently created a new position for himself and grew the administration and their salaries and yet the people who should be getting paid more now have to unionize to get recognition. I am not for unionization in any sense but if that is what it takes for these people to get a better wage then fine. I just think the school district has the money to pay them but the ones at the top have decided to hoard all of the money for themselves.

So we should all be entitled to healthcare because it is a right. Therefore, you believe the government should fit the bill since it is a right. If that is your argument then why are you not going on a crusade to end water bills and give free water to every home?

I am glad your niece and her man get by and are able to stay off welfare. However, not getting a job because it just covers the cost of daycare is an excuse and nothing more. She can look for a better paying job. She can start a job but work her way up to eventually get a raise and start making more money. It is not the governments responsibility to pay for your niece because she has thrown her hands up and said "it is hopeless". Where is the fight in people these days?

So according to liberal logic, we must clean up our air or we will all burn to death but we can go ahead and pollute freshwater as much as possible? Someone should send the bill for this to Dave Corliss. This was his crappy idea and probably part of the reason he high tailed it out of here before this year.

This is a last ditch attempt to save a lame attempt at a campaign. Barnett does not stand a chance because the conservative vote, especially from Western Kansas , will never go to him. I have talked to people who say his campaign is in shambles and is not far from the end. This seems like a last way to pull into some money and save his campaign. For those who laud him for this stance, I will tell you that it is merely a way to better his campaign and not a way to better the lives of Kansans

How come the liberal nuts are not outraged by this talk containing God in a public school? Is it because they are transgender that they get different rules? Do not get me wrong, I believe God should be in every school, public and private but if this were some conservative activist there would be protests and investigations into religion being used in a public high school.
