What's the point? You're still going ahead with it no matter what the public thinks. Public stewardship at its finest.

I did not imply that; you are assuming things. If Obama said the same thing how do you think everyone else would react? Oh it's just free speech he can do whatever he wants? Do you curse at your workplace?

I wonder how the KU professors would have reacted if someone they knew in the NRA stated that they wished death upon kids of those who oppose gun laws. Would they say, "We support their exercise of free speech"? Free speech is free speech, but should it not be used responsibly? If you are in a position to educate- a position of leadership- is it responsible to make such comments? As a professional, Prof. Guth should have known where the line was. He could have made a statement that was not as offending, but he did.Very unprofessional conduct.

No. Think of it this way. That dollar comes from taxpayers that needs to be repaid. So really all you get back is .73. Spending by government does not generate meaningful gdp. You cannot get something from nothing.

I generally stay away from e10 and e15 if possible. You get lower gas mileage and it corrodes auto parts well. If you look at FFVs they have a different maintenance schedule when you use E85. Ethanol is okay for countries like Brazil who use I think cane sugar. It is more efficient. But when water supplies are dwindling- we are effectively trading water for fuel. Ethanol is not a long term solution to our problem.

You know I would have been totally okay giving 150 million to a KANSAS based company.

That comes later along with DNA matching when they both become affordable to do.

Sure wish they'd improve speeds and add towers in my part of town. When LTE came here I think the speeds increased to 2.5Mbit from 1Mbit on their faux G network. On Sprint's 3G i was getting 1-1.5Mbps. Incredible.

And your citizenship certificate, along with your birth certificate and the names of 10 references who can vouch for your good character. Along with proof of car insurance, 4 bills to verify your current address, and your auto registration. If you don't have auto registration, go to the police and obtain a copy of your criminal history. We don't want immorals and felons voting now, do we?
