Exhibition statistics do not count toward the season statistics, nor do they count toward participation for players who may be considering taking a red-shirt. KU has two exhibition games this season — Tuesday vs. Pitt State and Nov. 5 vs. Fort Hays State — so the first game the Jayhawks play in which the stats will count is scheduled for Nov. 8 vs. Louisiana Monroe.
