Sound Off: KU block leader

How many more blocks does Jeff Withey need to become the all-time leading blocker for Kansas University?

Jeff Withey had nine blocks against Temple on Sunday, bringing his career total up to 233 blocks. That means he needs to get 26 more blocks to surpass Greg Ostertag’s total of 258 blocked shots. With 18 games left, Withey would have to average 1.44 blocks a game to beat Ostertag’s record in the regular season. Withey is currently averaging 5.23 blocks per game.
