Sound Off: Key conundrum
I was walking on the trails at Clinton Lake and I found a car key. What is the correct thing to do? Should I turn it in somewhere or leave it in case they come back to look for it?
Employees at Clinton State Park said they maintain a lost-and-found box at the park office, which is just to the right of the entrance booth. Items that are found in the state park may be left there.
In addition, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a lost-and-found box at the Visitors Center office, 872 N. 1402 Road. Also, the marina takes lost-and-found items, usually life jackets, skis and other things people typically lose on the water.
