Sound Off: It appears that the open lot on the southeast corner of Ninth and New Hampshire is being used as a parking lot (as opposed to staging area for builders across the street). There were more than 50 cars parked there on a Saturday night. Is this a parking lot we can all use?

Megan Gilliland, the city’s communications manager, provided this information: There are active building permits open for 900 New Hampshire. The city approved parking for construction-related vehicles in this parking lot during the construction project. Once these building permits are inactive, parking of any type will not be allowed, and violators will be ticketed. Vehicles that are not construction-related should not park in this area.

You can park your car where ever you want. But, it might be damaged, missing some pieces, or not be there at all when you come back to get it.
