Are there any streets in east Lawrence that are slated for some major repairs or repaving soon?

Dozens of streets in east Lawrence are scheduled for street maintenance this summer, using one of three methods: microsurfacing, crack sealing or asphalt overlay, said Mark Thiel, the city’s assistant director of public works.
Several streets southwest of 19th and Harper streets recently were patched and microsurfaced, he said.
East 23rd Street, from Haskell Avenue east to the city limits will be the most significant area scheduled for street maintenance, he said. The stretch of roadway will be milled and repaved with new asphalt beginning in early July; plans call for completion by mid-August.
Other areas in east Lawrence slated for milling and overlay, he said, are East 13th Street and East 15th Street, from Connecticut Street to Haskell Avenue.
