Bone-In Ribeyes. About an inch thick. Medium rare!
pork chops, steak with sauteed mushrooms :)
Any squash cut lengthwise, brushed with grapeseed/olive oil, little garlic added, dash of salt and pepper and grilled like these zucchinis :)
I never met a grilled food I did not like
