If it is for medical use a prescription from an M.D. to a legitimate pharmacy should not need a law.
Do not leaglize it and let the government control it. Decriminalize completely.
No. Marijuana should NOT be legalized for medical use. It should be made legal for recreational use.
Marijuana legalization should be a small part of adjusting our laws to allow consenting adults to do with their persons as they wish.
This isn't about pot, this is about who owns our bodies.
