No classes for Lawrence Public Schools, KU, Haskell; other weather-related closings, cancellations and delays for Feb. 22

Winter weather has caused Lawrence Public Schools and other area districts, as well as KU and Haskell to cancel classes for Thursday, Feb. 22.

• Lawrence Public Schools, no classes or activities for Thursday

• University of Kansas, no day or evening classes for Lawrence or Edwards campuses for Thursday. Campus closed. Only weather-essential employees required to report to work. KU Medical Center remains open. Museums on Lawrence campus are closed.

• Elementary conferences at Lawrence Public Schools postponed for Thursday. Teachers will work to reschedule.

• Eudora Public Schools, no classes or activities for Thursday

• Baldwin City Public Schools, no classes or activities for Thursday
