The bride is the daughter of Jeffrey and Judith Troupe, Oakland, Neb. The groom is the son of Doug and Cheryl Flessing, Lawrence. Maid of honor was Julie DePauw. Best man was Justin Paslay. Bridesmaid was Nicole Krambeer. Groomsman was Dan Gillaspie. The flower dog was B'Elanna Troupe. A reception was given in the Green Room at the Lawrence Community Theatre. Jill graduated from Oakland Craig Public High School and received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She received a Master of Social Work from Washburn University. Jill is employed as an outpatient therapist at The Guidance Center in Oskaloosa. Ryan graduated from Perry High School and attended Kansas University. He is employed as a pharmacy technician at Dillons. The couple reside in Lawrence.

Len and Edith Bogart, Lawrence, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner hosted by their sons and wives Jan. 6 at Teller's restaurant in Lawrence. Len E. Bogart and Edith Godfrey were married Dec. 7, 1947, in Abilene. Edith was a teacher at Lawrence High School from 1975 to 1993. Len was a manufacturer's representative for Stanley Works, of New Britain, Conn. Their children are Michael Bogart and wife Susan Snow Bogart, Tonganoxie; and Jay Bogart and wife Marti Krehbiel Bogart, Spring Hill. They have three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He is a licensed practical nurse at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center. The couple reside in Lawrence.

Caroline graduated from Lawrence High School in 1993. She received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1997 and an educational specialist degree in school psychology in 1999, both from Kansas University. She received a doctorate in school psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2004. Caroline is employed at the University of North Carolina's Center for Development and Learning in Chapel Hill. Eric graduated from Oswego High School in 1983 and the University of Illinois in 1987. He served in the U.S. Navy while based in San Diego. He received a degree in nursing at Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles in 2002. He is employed in the Surgical ICU and Trauma Unit at Duke University Medical Center. The couple reside in Raleigh, N.C.
